Collector (Google Play package name: com.fuinco.collector) is developed and operated by FUINCO. Collector is a mobile application used by authorized collectors as part of the Sareb collection management platform (the "Service").

Collector may request access to device features such as the camera and NFC scanner when they are needed to photograph or scan collection items and verify a collection. These features are used only to provide the relevant functions of the Service.
Whenever you use Collector, we may collect diagnostic and Log Data if an error occurs or when the Service is accessed. This data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Collector may use local device storage or similar technologies to maintain an authenticated session, remember language preferences, and support app functionality. Web services used by Collector may also use cookies or similar technologies to provide and improve the Service.

Collector is a work application for authorized users and is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided us with Personal Information should contact us so we can take the necessary action.
